What Happens When I Downgrade
Understanding Downgrades
When you cancel your Pro subscription, your account will be downgraded to a free account immediately. Here's what you need to know:
What Changes After Downgrade
Dashboard Limit
You will be limited to 1 active dashboard. If you have multiple dashboards:
- Only your most recently updated dashboard will remain active
- Other dashboards will be archived (not deleted)
- You can reactivate archived dashboards by upgrading to Pro again
Moderator Access
All moderator access to your dashboards will be automatically revoked. Your moderators will no longer be able to edit your dashboard.
Custom URL
Your custom URL based on your Twitch username will no longer be available. Your dashboard will use a standard URL instead.
Themes
Custom themes and styling options will no longer be available. Your dashboard will use the default theme.
What Stays the Same
- Your data is preserved - nothing is deleted
- You can still use your 1 most recently updated dashboard to track subgoal progress
- Real-time Twitch integration continues to function
Reactivating Pro
You can upgrade back to Pro at any time to restore all Pro features, including access to your archived dashboards. Simply visit the upgrade page and subscribe again.
