How to Grant Access to Moderators
About Moderator Access
As a Pro user, you can grant your Twitch channel moderators access to edit your dashboards. This is useful if you want your moderators to help manage subscriber goals while you focus on streaming.
Prerequisites
Before granting access, ensure that:
- You have an active Pro subscription
- Your moderator is a moderator in your Twitch channel
-
Your moderator has created an account on subgoal.gg by linking their Twitch account.
Moderators are not required to have a Pro subscription.
How to Grant Access
Navigate to the Dashboard Editor
Go to your Dashboards page and click "Edit" on the dashboard you want to share.
Open Moderator Management
On the dashboard edit page, click on "Manage Moderators" button.
View Available Moderators
You'll see a list of your Twitch channel moderators who have subgoal.gg accounts. Moderators who don't have accounts will be shown in a separate section.
Grant Access
Click the "Grant Access" button next to the moderator you want to give access to. They will immediately be able to edit the dashboard.
Managing Moderator Access
- You can revoke access at any time by clicking "Revoke Access" on the moderator management page
- Moderators can only edit dashboards you've given them access to
- Moderators cannot delete your dashboards or change their ownership
- Each dashboard can have different moderators with access
For Moderators
If you're a moderator who has been granted access:
- Sign in to subgoal.gg with your Twitch account
- Navigate to the Dashboards page
- You'll see dashboards you have moderator access to in a separate section
- Click "Edit" to manage the dashboard just like the owner would
