Managing Your Account and Data

Your Account Settings

Click your name in the top navigation bar and choose the account settings option (the gear icon). From there you can use these pages:

  • Profile: Your username, Twitch name and profile picture.
  • Email: View your email address. Note that subgoal.gg will never use your email address for marketing or tracking purposes.
  • Subscription: See your Pro status and manage billing (see below).
  • Personal data: Download or delete your data (see below).
  • Support & Feedback: Links to contact support or share a feature request.

Why Does subgoal.gg Ask for These Twitch Permissions?

When you sign in with Twitch, you're asked to approve access to the following. We only request what's needed to run the app.

  • Your Twitch identity and email address: To create your account and link it to your channel.
  • Read your channel's subscriptions: To get your subscriber count and to be notified of new subs, gifted subs, and resubs.
  • Read your channel's moderator list: To let Pro users choose which of their Twitch moderators can access their dashboards.

subgoal.gg only reads this information and can't take actions on your channel. For details on what we store and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Managing Your Subscription

Go to account settings → Subscription to see whether Pro is active, when it started, and its price. Use the "Manage Subscription" button to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your payment method, view billing history, or cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe, and subgoal.gg never stores your card details.

Before canceling, see What Happens When I Downgrade to learn how your dashboards are affected. Not a Pro member yet? See Benefits of a Pro Account.

Downloading Your Data

Go to account settings → Personal data and click "Download". You'll receive a JSON file containing your account information, your dashboards and goals, and any dashboards where you're a moderator.

Deleting Your Account

Go to account settings → Personal data and click "Delete". Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone. It will:

  • Delete all of your dashboards and their goals.
  • Cancel your Pro subscription, if you have one.
  • Remove your access as a moderator on other people's dashboards.
  • Remove the live subscription notifications that subgoal.gg set up for your Twitch channel.
  • Delete your account and personal data.

Your public dashboard links and OBS overlay URLs will stop working. Consider downloading your data first. If you only want to stop sharing a dashboard, you can instead turn off "Make this dashboard publicly viewable" on its edit page.
